When you are doing something novel, it’s the CEO’s job to keep the whole team aligned on the vision. In a startup, where uncertainty is the only constant, people can become discouraged. Everyone needs to believe that we can move past the challenges we face. Belief is what keeps people motivated, and the most straightforward way for someone to believe is to see.
