Tell me something that’s true, that almost nobody agrees with you?
Web3 is here to stay despite many claims that it will dissolve after some time. The biggest issue in today’s market is ownership over data and assets, which only the blockchain can solve. The world will see a massive shift from tech giants to people in a decentralized model, people will earn money from sharing their data and be aware of where their information is being shared.
The people outside web3 don’t really realize how important this technology is. In the age of information technology, data is power but with decentralization, this power belongs to its rightful owners: the people.
How did you get interested in web3 and what you are currently working on?
As I continued to pursue my career, I got involved in various IT-related investments and blockchain projects. I realized that blockchain technology could completely revolutionize today’s world.
My journey to Web3 began when I established Suika co. LTD for the first time in Pakistan to promote blockchain startups through investment. I believe it’s important to develop an industry by bringing people together, empowering them, and helping them establish themselves.
To move forward with my ideas, I founded NFTStudio24, an educational media platform dedicated to promoting and educating the masses, especially young people, about Web3, Metaverse, and Blockchain.
Within a year, my team and I achieved many milestones. Along the way, I have met inspirational people, attended revolutionary conferences, and socialized with thriving companies. We built a big community that gathers students and experts on one platform to learn and thrive.
NFTStudio24 is a lifelong goal that I have been putting my days and nights into.
Which soft & hard skills have been most helpful in the web3 ecosystem?
I think being consistent is a hard skill that not many people have in the Web3 ecosystem. Since this industry is new and not mature enough, it’s important to remain consistent with whatever you are building.
The reason why I succeeded as an Angel Investor and Entrepreneur is that I insisted on achieving my goals.
What’s the best thing about your job? The most challenging?
Web3 has opened a new pathway for me to explore digital emerging technologies. I have always been keen to discover new developments as an Angel Investor in the tech sector, and it’s quite exciting to see new projects coming out almost every month.
As a global media platform, there are challenges in attracting developers and creators because currently, more investors exist than consumers. It has been quite difficult to convince people that Web3 is beyond Bitcoin.
But we’re working on it through our educational campaign called “Metaverse for All” in Pakistan, India, Japan, and Africa. I think it’s fun to see how interests spark up in students’ eyes when we introduce them to Metaverse and Web3.
Can you share your last epic win? Last epic fail?
My last epic win was successfully holding Metaverse for All campaigns in different universities across Pakistan. We successfully educated the students about Web3 and Metaverse and also helped them get scholarships from Aventis Metaverse University to pursue their careers in the space.

What was the one positive thing you underestimated before working in web3?
I thought people would be enthusiastic about discovering new technology but I was met with doubts and disinterest in Web3 when I first started. The very mention of Bitcoin really triggers people into thinking that it’s a scam.
But I was able to overcome this by figuring out that instead of arguing with them or wasting time convincing them, it’s better to educate them with examples, facts, and figures. So far, I have been quite successful with it through NFTStudio24 as many people are willingly joining the community to learn and connect with experts in the industry.
What is your vision for your niche? What do you expect to come in the next few years? What developments in the field do you find to be the most exciting?
My vision for Web3 is to achieve mass adoption and be widely integrated with daily lives. I think once people realize this aspect of ownership, they will become the biggest advocates for it just like me.
When it comes to seeing developments within the industry, I’m just generally excited to see how different creators, artists, developers, and other builders utilize this technology to bring something new to the table. I believe the decentralized economy has opened infinite opportunities to explore.
What is missing from the web3 ecosystem?
I think there’s a lack of diversity in the Web3 ecosystem. I think there are more investors and consumers from the UK, USA, Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, and East Asia. I believe it’s important to bring in people from third-world countries as well.
When we bring people with different mindsets that aren’t common, then the industry can pick itself up and thrive. This is why my goal is to educate and give every individual a chance to showcase their talent.
What is the question that has not been asked here that you would have enjoyed reading the answer to from one of your peers? Answer it.
I think there are a lot of questions surrounding whether the Web3 market will pick up or not. I would say it will take time but it will definitely pick up. There are so many developments happening in the background, which will eventually push the market up.
We just need to keep believing and building!
What quote has actually stuck with you and changed your life?
There’s a quote that I have always followed:
“Don’t waste your time to Earn Money, Invest your time to Learn!”
I think this saying is related to what we’re currently doing!
