The Sandbox is looking for a well-organized Executive Assistant to provide support to our CEO.
If you are detail-oriented, have outstanding interpersonal skills, and want to join a fun and dynamic work environment. This role is an in-office role. The Executive Assistant must be willing to be present in the Buenos Aires office 5 days per week.
Requirements
Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
Support travel arrangements by booking flights, transportation, hotels, restaurants, and more
Draft executive summaries, emails, documents, and presentations to provide high level support
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of day-to-day operations as needed
Process business related expenses
Support CEO in all aspects
Requirements
Advanced level of English proficiency
2+ years of C-Level support experience
Bachelor’s degree required
Expert technical skills; proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality
Flawless attention to detail with a meticulous work ethic
Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Adaptable and workstyle, with the flexible for overtime as needed
