Please tell us more about your background, how you got interested in Web3 and what you're currently working on?
I got into Blockchain space fully in early 2020 when I discovered the wonderful innovations introduced by this baby tech, Blockchain technology.
I have built and managed several communities in the blockchain ecosystem which A1 blockchain Hub is one of them, A1 Blockchain Hub is a platform created to build a community of newbies and crypto minded persons and to educate them about crypto and blockchain technology and also share with this community great opportunities within the space.
What hard and soft skills have been most helpful to help you succeed in Web3?
I have acquired skills like basic graphics designing, writing, and Google applications such as excel sheets, slides, form, etc.
Power searching, communication, public speaking, teamwork, time management, leadership, multi-tasking, and creativity skills and they have really done well in improving the way I work and interact with people.
Your profile shows that you are still an undergraduate. How do you manage to balance academics and your blockchain career?
The experience is not funny but multitasking has been one of my skills.
You have been an Ambassador at Celo, UABA, and FTX. What has this taught you?
This has shown me why building web3 communities are relevant and has also opened me to many opportunities in the tech space.
What would you say is the best thing about your job? The most challenging?
The best thing about my job is Social Networking. You get to meet new people, interact and socialize with them not minding time, race, location, and religious differences.
What part should Ambassadors play in web3?
Ambassadors should focus on education and building communities focused on problem-solving.
Tell us the greatest working day of your life. You're at home in the evening, thinking of what you accomplished. What made you so happy that day?
I am glad to see young people like me directly messaging me about being motivated by my efforts and what I do in pushing forward the adoption of web3 in Africa.
What are the best decisions and the worst decisions you have made in this industry?
Best decisions: Being curious and willing to learn anything that comes my way. Interacting and learning from experienced high profiled persons in the tech space, built a new circle of friends.
Worst decisions: Trying to be like others, not realizing that everyone has their own uniqueness and abilities.

What is your favorite Web3 project? Among the people, you've worked, or interacted with in Web3, who do you admire most and why?
Celo makes financial dApps and crypto payments accessible to anyone with a mobile phone.
What is your vision for your niche? What do you expect to come in the next few years? What development in the field do you find to be the most exciting?
The technology is still in the baby stage and observing the number of persons getting into the crypto and blockchain space probably makes it very relevant to have communities that maintain these persons. Community Growth and engagement remain the field majority should look into.
My vision is to build the largest blockchain and cryptocurrency community in Africa.

Any tips for beginners who aspire to work in this domain, but feel completely overwhelmed to even start competing?
The tech is still young and we can not measure the opportunities in the space because it is endless. I encourage anyone out there, It's not too late to come in and when you do, focus on what will benefit you and everyone around you!
