What is your definition of web3? Why should we care about it?
Simply put, I would say Web3 is a decentralized ecosystem of multiple opportunities.
How did you get interested in Web3 and what you're currently working on?
Since the completion of my first degree, my curiosity has always pitched its tent around technology and innovations. I resigned from a fairly well-paying job to kickstart my Masters as I believed adding more knowledge is key.
My zest for technology and innovations placed me at the center of Web3.0 as the creation itself is an innovation that dissolves the centralization of the Web 2.0 arena as well as the opportunities therein.
Through the connection of a very good friend, I joined Blockchain OAU Community as a Content Writer. This platform sharpened my writing abilities and prepared me further for the global stage.
While on this tour, I grew my LinkedIn page and created a network of valuable friends within the blockchain industry. My meteoric switch from Blockchain OAU Community to Asva Labs India came via one of my connections on LinkedIn and I’m forever thankful for my progress in this space. Thus far, I have worked with Pontoon Finance, StandardDAO, Metastarter, and Bluechip in different capacities. Currently, I am with Cronos World as the Content Expert and to define the boundaries of my growth trajectory today will be to have a shift in it tomorrow.
However, I need to also restate that my work as a content writer has never evaporated my passion and involvement in academics. It has, in fact, strengthened it, given that the starting point of every research in academics is the identification of a problem. Same way, the starting point of any blockchain project and writing is the identification of problems within the ecosystem at large and the solutions we crave.
What hard and soft skills have been most helpful to help you succeed in Web3?
I would say branding and content strategy as well as figurative analytical skills are my strong points. However, constant exploration (research) of the crypto and blockchain industry can be cited as an appendage.
What would you say is the best thing about your job? The most challenging?
Researching is the best thing about the job. I’m a stack researcher that consumes a lot of information and drives contents to the audience in a simplified manner. But the most challenging is the unpredictability of the market which at times may invalidate projections.

Tell us the greatest working day of your life. You're at home in the evening, thinking of what you accomplished. What made you so happy that day?
Nothing amazes me like reading feedbacks from my clients and audience relaying the impressive quality of my writings and the high-impact that comes with my contents.

Indeed, I will say all of them have been amazing and there is an equilibrium of excitement about all of them. I admire everyone I have worked with. It’s a long list. shout -out to all my friends in India. They know themselves :)
What is your vision for your niche? What do you expect to come in the next few years? What development in the field do you find to be the most exciting?
In academics, we thirst to have publications in reputable outlets and grow career-wise. In my content writing expedition, my vision is to have contents published on reputable media agencies, taking my Web3 narratives to the global arena, evangelizing the integration of blockchain solutions in advancing different sectors and advancing career-wise too.
