DevOps Engineer

GnosisDAO builds decentralized infrastructure for the Ethereum ecosystem. Gnosis developed a wide range of products including Gnosis Safe (multisig and programable account), Gnosis Protocol (CowSwap), Conditional Tokens (prediction markets), Gnosis Auction, and Zodiac (standard and tooling for composable DAOs). With the Gnosis Safe and Gnosis Protocol spinning out, Gnosis is determined to address the most pressing problem on Ethereum: The ever-rising cost of transactions, pricing out all but the highest-value transactions.

After a token merger with xDai, GnosisDAO is proud to announce Gnosis Chain: An Ethereum forerunner-companion that addresses scaling issues through solid engineering. We want Gnosis Chain to become the 0xhome of EVM dapps who have been priced out of mainnet. Ethereum used to be colorful and quirky, and it’s time to take that identity back. 🧑‍🎤

We are looking for a DevOps engineer to build and support Gnosis Chain infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps, Infrastructure, or Cloud Engineer
• Excellence in creating and using Docker images/containers in production systems
• Strong experience working with configuration management tools like Ansible
• Advanced knowledge of AWS
• Experience in high load systems engineering
• Experience designing and implementing scripts for custom tooling
• Experience with automating existing processes and streamlining the way teams work
• Experience with distributed blockchain systems, running and maintaining Blockchain nodes

Responsabilities

• Deploying and maintaining products, services, and network components with a focus on security, reliability, and zero downtime
• Managing cloud-based infrastructure (AWS) for existing products
• Creating and managing validators for Gnosis Beacon Chain (Eth2.0-like beacon chain) and Gnosis Chain (EVM)
• Automating development lifecycle
