NEAR Foundation is looking for a Director of Product to bring order to product-shaped problems within the NF's core funnels by applying user personas, journeys, and funnels thinking to optimize the end-to-end journey of:
Someone moving from awareness through education through starting a project on NEAR.
A prospective user of NEAR-based applications who makes their way into the ecosystem for the first time and needs to use apps and ultimately be retained into the community.
A set of internal finance and funding users who need alignment and interfaces to keep their processes running smoothly.
Overall, this means identifying and solving these problems. Each major product and product-like user-facing journey the NF touches has been mapped, instrumented and roadmapped for optimization. Specifically, this means the founder journey and the user journey. This Director of Product role will report directly into NEAR Foundation’s Chief Product Officer.
