Head of Marketing

ParaSwap offers a simple, fast, and safe way to exchange tokens by pooling together the liquidity from top decentralized exchanges in one unique interface. It is a middleware layer connecting wallets and traders to digital assets.

We are an international team based around the globe, all working fully remotely or from private local spaces. To sustain our growth we are constantly looking for top profiles in Engineering, Product, Data, Marketing.

This is the first marketing person to join our team. This role comes with leadership, full autonomy and freedom to innovate in a fast-growing space.

Requirements

Leadership:

• Establish a collaborative, results-oriented, and data-driven marketing department.
• Manage all aspects of marketing planning, budgeting, metrics, and reporting.
• Management of all marketing operations within the company.
• Design, plan and implement all marketing campaigns across the company.
• Hire and develop a team of marketers to execute the marketing strategy.

Brand Strategy:

• Elevate and differentiate the brand, creating a compelling strategy and market messages.
• Own positioning, messaging, branding, segmentation, and marketing strategy.

Product Marketing:

• Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objective
• Participate in future product development strategy.
• Fine-tune both the corporate and product story.
• Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)
