We're looking for a Marketing Manager, who can work with our many ecosystem partners building on the NEAR protocol. Ideally, someone who can juggle multiple projects, liaise between partners and internal marketing stakeholders, and weigh in on opportunities that can help further NEARβs mission. Experience creating marketing plans, understanding the digital landscape and having an innate ability to identify key opportunities is required.
You will be the liaison and greatest champion of our ecosystem partners - and work closely with them to guide their marketing and adoption potential.
You will Β
Manage the coordination of ecosystem projects - from initial discussions and planning to briefing and execution
Track and manage creative assets
Lead communication back to the greater internal team of opportunities
Project manage deadlines and the various detail deliverables to support marketing initiatives
Create marketing performance reports to share to internal and external stakeholders
Bring creative energy and intelligence to the marketing team overall to help our quarterly goals
Assist senior marketing members with scheduling and meeting minutes
You Have
3+ year marketing experience in partnership, digital or traditional marketing
Interest in crypto and blockchain
Outstanding business judgement, analytical, and decision making skills
Experience in a rapid scaling startup environment/ thrive amidst rapid change
