Product Designer

Description

We are looking for a Product Designer to working closely with our Product Manager and COO across our consumer and developer products. You will also have a chance to work closely with our users to understand their usage of our dashboard, console and developer SDKs and lead the research and UX design driving the cutting edge of Real Time Finance. Your responsibilities will include defining product specifications, building prototypes and working with the team to ship fully-functional products. To be successful in this role, you should have an eye for color and shape and be able to translate requirements into practical product features. Ultimately, you will help us build products that are easy to use and visually appealing to our users.

Responsibilities 🛠️

• Work closely with our COO, Product Manager and Engineering team
• Help us refine and improve the UX/UI of our user dashboard and other products
• Conduct user research and interpret data to propose new features and improvements to our funnels and product workflows
• Set design requirements based on briefs from internal teams and external partners
• Create HiFi UI prototypes of new features based on external needs or internal plans
• Enhance and maintain our Design System for Real Time Finance

Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience including user research, prototyping and development of user-facing applications.
• Experience using modern design tools for (ie Figma, Sketch, InVision etc)
• Previous experience using products in Web3
• Bonus points if you have worked in a tech startup before
• Bonus points if you're an active DeFi user!
