Product Designer

Fantom Foundation is looking to hire an experienced product designer to join our growing team. You will have the opportunity to make a pivotal impact at Fantom, developing our product and user experience in our digital ecosystem. Fantom offers the opportunity to build the future of blockchain with an industry leader.

This is a full-time role, although we are also open to employing part-time.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with design and engineering to build intuitive user experiences
• Conduct user research to identify pain points while creating innovative solutions
• Architect user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and collect feedback from stakeholders
• Design and ship high quality user interfaces ready for engineering handoff
• Explore and propose new product opportunities at Fantom

Qualifications:

• 3 – 5 years of professional experience at a product technology team
• Expertise in Figma, design systems, component, and icon libraries
• Meticulous approach to the product design development lifecycle
• Can clearly articulate design concepts, decisions, and tradeoffs
• Degree in Interaction Design, HCI, or equivalent
• Passionate about the blockchain industry
