We're looking for a web product manager to join our marketing team. A critical member of the team, your role will be to own, optimize, and define the overall product vision and strategy. You will also manage the product development process from ideation to launches for the NEAR protocol website.
You will
Gather requirements and inputs to develop the vision and create a product roadmap for NEAR protocol website launches
Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, users, developers and engineers to generate buy-in for the product direction you are setting
Set priorities and own execution to deliver end-to-end web builds and maintenance
Maintain backlog and fulfillment
Lead communication back to the greater internal team of opportunities
You have
5+ years of experience delivering web, digital and mobile platform projects
Experience running agile teams
Demonstrated project management skills: planning and directing teams, scoping, contract-writing
A passion for dining deep into data at the server-level to help connect the dots on optimizations and prioritization
Excellent written and verbal communication
Interest in crypto and blockchain
