We are looking for a Head of People Operations to join and lead our human resources efforts. Your responsibilities include ensuring we develop and install a great company culture, designing and managing our recruitment strategy, overseeing and executing the recruitment process together with both internal and external recruiters, designing company policies and setting objectives for our talent efforts. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy. Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified team members.

Responsibilities
Set objectives for our people team and track progress
Discuss employeesโ career development paths with managers
Organize learning and development programs
Maintain HR procedures that comply with local labor regulations
Conduct skills gap analyses
Develop employee retention programs and team-building activities
Onboard new hires (together with their manager)
Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
Review budgets and monitor talent metrics (including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
Design and update job descriptions
Manage candidates sourcing
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Advertise job openings on companyโs careers page, social media, job boards and internally
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to managers
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
Enhance our employer brand across the blockchain community
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager, Head of People Operations or similar role
Solid understanding of UK labor legislation
Excellent communication abilities
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including ATS systems)
Proven leadership skills
Ability to foster healthy employee relations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience with sourcing techniques
Understanding of referral programs
Sound judgement
