As a Talent Manager, you will be in charge of the Company’s overall support of day-to-day HR operations and recruitment.
Role and Responsibilities
Compensation and Benefits
Administer Compensation and Benefits structure, including payroll administration
Review administration of the rewards policies, alignment of annual raise and promotions with performance Recruitment
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment matters, from placing advertisements and arranging interviews
Assess workforce and organizational capability against future business needs and devise talent strategy to close gaps
Ensure local Line Managers take ownership by providing advice and coaching
Onboarding
Coordinate and deliver induction program to new hires to ensure smooth onboarding
Administration of HR records of new hires
Learning and Development
Design, implement and train Line Managers in performance management principles, effective assessment of direct reports
Assist in facilitating employee communications; serve as main point of contact to handle queries and grievances of employees
Understand employee issues and concerns, and proactively address issues
People Management
Sensitive to the needs and abilities of the team and act as a mentor
Encourage others to share their viewpoints and create an atmosphere where issues are openly addressed before they evolve into problems
Job Requirements:
Minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant HR generalist experience with strong recruitment expertise, preferably with international recruitment experience
Degree in Human Resource/ Business (Administration/ Management)
People-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
Strong knowledge and experience in local employment laws and HR practices
Able to prioritize and plan work to manage competing demands
Keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task is a must
Ability to work in stressful environment and achieve tight deadlines
Confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated, and display a business partnering mentality
