At Chainstack we are building the most reliable Web3 infrastructure for the next generation of web applications—open, trustless, and robust.
Thousands of innovators in DeFi, NFT, gaming, analytics, and other verticals are empowered by scalable distributed Chainstack APIs. We process billions of requests on a daily basis and provide unified, user-friendly access for developers to all prominent Web3 protocols—from Ethereum and Polygon to Solana.
For the role, we'd love to see someone who has previous experience in building, scaling and leading an HR team in a fast-growing, global environment. As our Lead Talent Manager, you’d have ownership and responsibility of our “core” HR Services, being ultimately responsible for that service delivery, at the same time ensuring our international HR team keeps scaling and developing in the midst of our high-phased growth.
Role and Responsibilities
Above all, having ownership of the “core” HR service delivery. What this means in practice is having the responsibility of designing the HR services we provide and owning the service delivery, organizational design and HR organization development around that.
Partnering up with our business leaders in supporting them in various people topics, and in addition, working closely with them to ensure our HR services are matching the needs of our different business teams and verticals.
Working together with our HR team and developing all HR areas (such as People Development, Compensation & Rewarding, Payroll, Recruiting and HR Technology) to ensure our internal and external processes and initiatives are rolled out successfully.
Owning and developing both the culture and process behind the performance and feedback cycles and ensuring alignment and adoption on a global scale.
Working cross-team to identify and analyze key talent management metrics that measure impact and inform the ongoing roadmap. This includes skills gap and learning needs, along with people engagement and retention stats.
Having the responsibility to ensure our HR services and HR organization scale and thus are always “fit for purpose” through the rapid growth of Chainstack.
